1. Who we are
Garnik Petrosyan, Individual Entrepreneur (Van Service Armenia), TIN 35178702, 7 Noragavit St., bldg 38, Yerevan, Armenia, is the controller of personal data collected through vanservice.am.
2. Data we collect
When you submit a quote or booking request we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, pickup and destination, preferred date, number of passengers, and any message. If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email we receive that contact information.
3. How we use your data
We use your data only to process and confirm your booking, contact you about your request, provide the service, and offer customer support. We do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Payment data
Card payments are processed by Ameriabank CJSC through its secure payment gateway. We do not receive, process or store your full card number, CVV or PIN.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as necessary to provide the service — for example with the assigned driver — and with our payment processor (the bank), or where required by the law of the Republic of Armenia.
6. Cookies & analytics
The Site may use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand traffic and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
