Public Offer & Terms of Service

1. General

This website, vanservice.am (the "Site"), is operated by Garnik Petrosyan, Individual Entrepreneur (Van Service Armenia), TIN 35178702, registered at 7 Noragavit St., bldg 38, Yerevan, Armenia ("we", "us"). By using the Site and requesting or booking a service, you ("Customer") accept these Terms.

This document is a public offer: a confirmed booking constitutes an agreement between you and us on the terms below.

2. Services

We provide private passenger transport with a professional driver: airport transfers, city-to-city and cross-border rides, group transportation, VIP chauffeur service, and guided tours across Armenia. All services are provided with a driver; we do not offer self-drive vehicle rental.

3. Booking & confirmation

You may request a service through the Site, WhatsApp, phone, or email. A request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm it by WhatsApp or email, stating the vehicle, date, route and price.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, destination, date and passenger details.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are quoted per vehicle (not per seat) and stated in Armenian Drams (AMD). The agreed price is confirmed before travel.

Payment may be made in cash or by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa) through Ameriabank's secure online payment page. Card data is processed by the bank under 3-D Secure; we do not receive or store your full card details.

5. Customer obligations

You agree to be ready at the agreed pickup time and location, to use the service lawfully, and to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Additional waiting time, route changes or extra stops may affect the price.

6. Liability

Our vehicles are licensed and insured and our drivers are professionally licensed. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, road, traffic, weather or border conditions.

7. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
