Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the customer

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

2. No-shows

If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup point and time and has not cancelled, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a confirmed booking or are unable to provide the service, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Changes & rescheduling

Requests to change the date, time or route of a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may affect the price.

5. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card through Ameriabank. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank. All payments and refunds are made in Armenian Drams (AMD).
